If you are contacting us regarding having not received your CPCS or CISRS card, please be assured that NOCN staff, external teams and a new supplier have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to resume card production. Printing resumed on 14th September and we are working through the backlog of cards.

We apologise for any inconvenience. In the meantime, you, your employer or a site manager can visit the NOCN card checker at to validate your card details.


Blue CPCS Competence Cards – More than 10 Categories Card Tap

In cases where individuals hold more than 10 categories, the new card will display nine printed categories on the reverse side, with the 10th row stating: "To See Additional Categories, Tap Card."

Dispatch Notifications, Online Chat, Processing Backlog

Since the transfer of CPCS to NOCN Job Cards from CITB we have experienced several onboarding issues and can only apologise to you for the delays and long wait times experienced.

Please see new updates below:

1. Dispatch SMS and/or Dispatch Email – we are now notifying cardholders who have provided their mobile number or email as part of their application when their card has been printed and dispatched.

2. Online Chat – we will be launching our online chat service for CPCS Application Status this week.  This will be available on our Contact page.  

3. Backlog in Processing – we processed 2,500 last week double the weekly average and our staff from all area’s of NOCN Group have been seconded into work through the backlog of cards with data issues between ourselves, the industry's supplier for HS&E Tests and CITB.
