Simon joined NOCN as a Director in March 2017. He is a qualified CIMA accountant with over 25 years experience in various finance roles. This includes being the Finance Director of the UK Commission for Employment & Skills (UKCES), as well as finance roles at the Sector Skills Development Agency, Morgan Stanley Investment Bank and Credit Suisse Private Bank.
