Carl joined the NOCN Group in 2019. Since graduating from high school, he has worked in the construction and built environment, with an emphasis on addressing skills gaps in the construction plant footprint and raising industrywide health and safety standards.

Carl has recently worked with business to make sure that the development of the UK's leading card program, ensuring "CPCS," fits the needs of the industry, as well as to improve new and existing credentials, establish training standards, and advances in apprenticeship programs.
