Booking my test
There are three ways you can book your CPCS Renewal Test
To book your CPCS Renewal Test(s) you can either:
- Purchase and book online via the NOCN Hub where you can take your CPCS Renewal Test(s) at home
- Book online at Pearson Vue where you can take your CPCS Renewal Test(s) at a Pearson Vue centre of your choice
- Call the Pearson Vue booking line on 0344 499 1900 – lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Email the team at pvemeacustomerservice@pearson.com
**If you have not booked a CPCS Renewal Test since December 2019 you will need to ask the call handler to register you a new account**

Register or sign into the NOCN/Pearson Vue. Purchase your test(s) and pay online £30.00 Arrange your Renewal Test(s) at a Pearson Vue centre, for a time, date and location that is convenient to you Pearson Vue can provide Additional Support:
To arrange additional assistance, visit Pearson Vue and follow the provided instructions Use the Pearson Vue Renewal Test Tool to find out which test(s) you need to take NOCN/Pearson Vue includes employers being able to buy multiple vouchers |
Register or sign in to the NOCN Hub Purchase your test(s) in the Hub and pay £28.00 Take your Renewal Test(s) at home at any time that is convenient to you
